Distributions are made as close to 9:45 a.m. on distribution day as possible.

Choose either the PDF file version or the Microsoft Word version of the current menu and order form.

The Microsoft Word file is version 97-2003.

  • print the menu

  • circle what you want to order

  • mail to the above address with  your check or money order

  • OR order online if you want to use a credit card
